Africa Wildlife Films is an independent production company based in
Cape Town, South Africa. We have in house producers and lighting
cameramen and specialize in producing blue chip documentaries about
the fauna and flora of Sub Saharan Africa. We also produce documentary
films from other genres, including science, culture, travel and archaeology.
As producers, directors and camerapersons, Phil and Lynne
Richardson, the principal members of the company, have
also filmed a wide variety of wildlife sequences for external
documentaries and commercial films.

AWF is equipped to shoot in full HD,
super 16mm and 35mm film. Our
stock library contains HD & super
16 mm motion and digital & 35mm
still images. We also specialize in
motion controlled, digital time lapse
photography.
